Physics background. Systematic approach. A decade of helping families build wealth.
I didn't start in finance. I started asking why things work the way they do.
My undergraduate degree is in Physics from Saint Joseph's University — four years of learning to build models, test assumptions, and think in systems. That training shaped everything about how I approach investing. When I look at a company, I don't see a stock price. I see a system with inputs, outputs, and feedback loops that either compound value or destroy it.
After physics, I pursued an MBA in Finance from the same institution, combining quantitative rigor with practical business knowledge. I entered the financial planning industry in 2014, and I've spent the decade since working with individuals and families at every stage of their financial journey.
I believe money should buy you freedom — not stress. Too many people spend years building wealth only to find themselves more anxious, not less. My job is to change that equation.
Here's what I've learned in over a decade of this work: the biggest difference between clients who feel confident and those who don't isn't the size of their portfolio. It's whether they actually understand what's happening with their money and why.
That's why I refuse to gatekeep. The same quality of thinking I bring to my wealthiest clients, I bring to everyone. The same research that informs my recommendations, I publish through The Gilded Pilgrim — educational content, weekly market analysis, and a growing library designed to help anyone think more clearly about money.
My philosophy is simple: building wealth and protecting it deserve equal attention. Most advice focuses on accumulation — how to grow your portfolio. But keeping wealth requires different skills than building it, and too few people think seriously about both. I'd rather you understand exactly why we're doing something than blindly trust me to handle it. My goal is to make you more capable, not more dependent.
The Gilded Pilgrim is my practice brand and philosophy — wealth as a means to live well, not an end in itself. The name reflects the journey: building financial clarity one step at a time.
I serve clients as Vice President and Financial Advisor at American Wealth Strategy Group, with securities and advisory services offered through Osaic Wealth, Inc. (member FINRA/SIPC). AWSG is the compliance and licensing framework; The Gilded Pilgrim is how I work.

No pitch, no pressure. We talk about your situation, what's on your mind, and whether my approach makes sense for your needs.
2. Discovery Deep-Dive
If we decide to work together, I learn everything relevant: goals, concerns, current portfolio, tax situation, estate documents, insurance coverage. This is where the real planning starts.
3. Strategy Presentation
You receive a custom plan built on your actual numbers, not generic assumptions. We walk through it together and adjust until it fits.
4. Ongoing Relationship
Quarterly reviews, proactive communication when markets shift or your life changes, and continuous access to research and planning tools. This isn't a set-it-and-forget-it arrangement.
